明治政府の要人らが大阪に集い、
今後の政府の方針ついて協議した会議。
主要メンバーを伝説のロックバンドのアートワーク風に表現しました。

The dignitaries of the Meiji government gathered in Osaka,
A conference to discuss future government policies.
The main members are expressed in the style of a legendary
rock band artwork.
